John has a long career in nonprofit management, specializing in organizations that service the disabled, the elderly, and the disenfranchised. He is a member of many transit oriented organizations in the area and has been elected to the Board of Directors of The Regional Transportation District. His certifications include Certified Community Transit Manager.
Director of Programs
Jane is the Director of Programs at Southeast Transit (SETran) where she oversees many of SETran’s program initiatives to achieve mobility and access for all. Jane has over 30 years of experience in the field of human services working with various communities. She has a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from James Madison University.
Jamie Doe heads the administrative efforts at SETran. She is the primary respondent to calls on the Information and Assistance hotline, schedules all meetings, is our member specialist and supplies supportive assistance to the rest of the staff. She is passionate about equal rights for all!
James graduated with a BA from Ambrose University, with a minor in Community Development. Prior to his VISTA year at SETran he volunteered with Inclusion Alberta a program that integrates young adults with I/DD into post-secondary academic programs. James’s focus during his national service year at SETran is to help build capacity by pursuing funding opportunities for the organization. Contact him if you want to donate!
SETran Rides Program Manager
Jill has 16 years of experience in the medical field. Being a Lyft driver for the last four years has taught her that there is a demand for more rides for people with disabilities. She’s working hard in Prowers County to expand SETran Rides volunteer driver base and help more folks get to where they need to go. Call her if you have two hours a month to volunteer!
Jake’s work is to ensure that transportation plans, operations and policies comply with federal, state and local law and that the transportation provided addresses the needs of our older adult and disabled community.
Jake represents SETran on several Boards and Committees throughout the region to ensure that interests of the elderly and people with disabilities are met.
