SETran is the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) for southeast Colorado. We collaborate with transit and mobility stakeholders in each of the six counties - Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa, Otero and Prowers Counties. SETran stakeholders meet frequently to discuss access to transit and mobility and communicate information to the Southeast Transportation Planning Region (SE TPR) as well as the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). As the RCC we will encourage the establishment of Local Coordinating Councils in each of six counties.
